Wandsworth Care Alliance (WCA) are looking for an interim Project Manager (maternity cover) for the Voluntary Sector Coordination Project. This project has been funded initially as a pilot with the intention of becoming a long term and substantive local function. The interim Project Manager will be responsible for leading in the 2nd year of this exciting venture to ensure its continued success.
The successful candidate will be required to develop and maintain relationships across the third sector, community groups, health and care commissioners (particularly Wandsworth CCG) and other stakeholders, identifying opportunities and encouraging collaborative working. Whilst, capturing evidence of the value of the voluntary sector, and the impact it has on NHS and Public health objectives locally.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to develop the project and secure its longevity whilst truly making a big impact across the voluntary sector and in local commissioning.
You will have excellent communication skills, project management skills, interpersonal and organisational skills to pick up and maintain the project for the long term. You will be a key point of contact with both our external and internal stakeholders and as such ‘the face of the project’.
Remuneration will be in the range of £30-32k pa.
